A mysterious stranger strolls into the town of Empire, Georgia, with plans to destroy it, while an overwhelmed deputy and his ragtag group of companions try to stop him. To simplify it even further, imagine if a murderous cult came to Mayberry. Equal parts dark and humorous, The Father is my first work of fiction, and I hope you’ll give it a chance.
